Do you accept Credit Cards?

Not at box office, but we do have ATM’s located within Screampark. You can also purchase your tickets here with credit card.

Can I upgrade my ticket once purchased?

Absolutely! You can upgrade a 2 house pass to a 5 house pass or upgrade any ticket to a VIP frightpass. Upgrades are available at the upgrade kiosk located within the park or at the ticket booth.

What is Escape City?

From the Creators of Frightworld America’s Screampark, Escape City is Buffalo’s Best Escape Rooms. Escape City is located at the other end of the same plaza as Frightworld, next to Subway. Does Frightworld have a Security Team?

Yes, the park is patrolled by uniformed & plain clothed Security Officers (Guest Relations) and Police Officers. Frightworld also has a night-vision security system for your safety. Frightworld has a Zero Tolerance policy for Trouble Makers. Trouble Makers will be ejected from the event without refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!

Is Frightworld open if it rains

Absolutely, we are open rain or shine!

What is the best time to arrive?

The earlier the better, no one likes to wait!

Where can I park and how much does it cost?

Parking is free and there is plenty of it.

Do you give group discounts?

Yes! Group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more when arrangements are made in advance and prepaid.

Is photography allowed?

Photography and audio recording is strictly prohibited inside our attractions.  However, please feel free to take pictures with our monsters in our lobby and at our Selfie Stands

Is there anything I can buy to eat or drink?

Yes! Frightworld has a concession stand with pizza, various snacks, soft drinks, water and Frightworld merchandise.

Are there things I am NOT ALLOWED to bring to or wear in Frightworld?

Yes. 1: No pets. (Our monsters can scare them too easily) 2: No costumes, no masks, or Halloween makeup unless cleared with us first. (We know who we are, we want to know who you are) 3: No outside food or drinks of any kind. (We have plenty of food available at our concessions stand) 4: No bags of any kind (please leave them in your car) 5: No video recording equipment of any kind. (Remember we’re watching you!)

Can I bring my cell phone?

Sure, but remember to turn them off before entering any of the attractions so that you don’t ruin anyone’s experience. Be aware that we will NOT stop to look for lost cell phones (or most anything else). If we happen to find them, they will be available at the box office the next night we are open.

Does Frightworld serve or allow alcoholic beverages?

NO! Alcoholic beverages are not allowed nor do we serve any! If Alcohol is brought onto our premise, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Will the monsters touch me?

Our monsters don’t touch you, so please don’t touch them. Of course, in the darker areas, something may accidentally bump into you, but none of our monsters will ever grab you.

Can I bring my kids?

Our event is not recommended for anyone under the age of 10. Additionally, anyone under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult. We trust you, as the parent, to make the judgment call, as you know your child best. Remember, this is a Halloween event and we do not give refunds for being “too scared”.

Is there a Military Discount?

Yes! We thank you for your service. $5 off ticket price with military ID

How long does it take to go through all the attractions at Frightworld?

It varies in the two hour range. Wait times peak on Friday and Saturday nights. So get there early to beat the crowd!
