🚫 No Line Jumping or “Saving Spots”

Skipping ahead, holding places for friends, or leaving and rejoining the line is not permitted. If you are caught line jumping, you are out.

🚫 No Smoking or Vaping

Frightworld is a smoke free environment. Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the screampark will result in immediate ejection.

Our actors are there to scare, not to be touched. Grabbing, shoving, or harassing performers is strictly prohibited. The same goes for props and sets. If you touch it, break it, or interfere with it, you will be removed from the screampark.

🚫 No Horseplay (Running, Pushing, Shoving)

Running in the dark, shoving other guests, or rough play puts people at risk of injury. Keep it under control or security will step in.

🚫 No Photography or Recording Inside Attractions

Phones and cameras destroy the atmosphere and put actors at risk. Photography and  video recording is welcome in the lobby area, but is strictly prohibited inside the haunted houses.

⚠️ The Consequences

Breaking any of these rules means:

  • Immediate removal from the property

  • No refund on admission, ticket will be revoked

  • Indefinite ban from Frightworld Screampark

  • Possible police involvement for serious offenses

Guests who violate Frightworld policies may be documented by security staff, which can include photographs, for the purpose of enforcing bans and maintaining a safe environment. These records are used strictly for internal security and are not shared publicly.
